But my persistence paid off and I was able to make it. And BOY was it tough, Let's-a-get the heck outta here, am I right? The level part of the stage was a doozy, it took me so many tries just to reach Bowser. Later on, I managed to collect all the stars I needed to reach the final boss. I guess you could say I'm kind of like Bowser Jr. I had to know the ending, and I wanted to make my dad proud.
So I made it my mission to finish the game for him, and for the good of my desire for a great story. One day, I actually beat the level for him, but my dad still didn't play the game after that. My dad was stuck on Bowser's dark matter plant, and he sort of took a break from it. At some point, I learned how to use a Wii-mote and nunchuck. He always played those for me and I loved watching him beat them up for me. I would always ask him to play the cool levels like the Spider level in the Junk Space Galaxy or the Piranha Plant level in the Good Egg Galaxy.
Years ago, my Dad would play this game and I would always sit in the living room to watch him play it on our TV, I was getting into video games after seeing what wonders my father could accomplish in Mario Galaxy. If you don't like reading long scripts, then feel free to skip) This brings back so many memories that I have to hold back tears and laughter.
